Hi, my name is Amelia and I love to journal about my experiences. Sometimes I like to do activities such as horseback riding, painting, practicing my dance routines and making i-movies with my phone. But when it is gloomy and raining outside, I like to read.<\/p>\n

I feel like the best thing you can do on a rainy day is read. There are so many good books out there. Just go to your local bookstore or library. The best thing for your mind is to read. If you are sick or hurt, I find that reading is a more rewarding than watching TV. If you don\u2019t like to read, then you can just look at the Kids Creative Activities Book or this website. They can give you other ideas for projects you can set up and do. \u00a0As you become older, reading becomes more important. Reading may improve your grades.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t like your book ask yourself these questions:<\/p>\n

  1. Are you giving it a real shot?<\/li>\n
  2. Do you like this type of book?<\/li>\n
  3. Are you required to read this book?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the answers are 1) yes 2) no 3) no then you should probably choose a different book.<\/p>\n
